current central heating is not working properly , the controls are saying the heating is on but the radiators are cold , water seems ok - it needs a good service. also power shower pump doesn't switch up when shower not in use , have to switch from main switch - also need new radiator in bathroom.
Very impressed with the service and quality of work , i would recommend him without hesitation and would be very happy to have him back as and when i have further jobs to be done.

very pleased with response and advise given. completed work on time and very pleased with workmanship also put his self out to do some other little jobs asked to do on the day. all in all very helpful and friendly also happy with costs. would highly recommend to others.

I'm not sure
7 bedroom 3 floor victorian doesnt have GSH so needs full installation including boiler etc
Positives were:
Job was done within budget and we have fully functioning GSH. Terry was very personable.
Negatives:
Communication and reliability wasn't great. Not all parts used were those chose in brochures, in particular our cylindar. I had a reasonable expectation to assume items shown and discussed were those I would get - but I was subsequently convinced those installed were the same quality etc. Some days he would arrive for a hour and then we would not see him for the rest of the day or a few days and on the odd occassion not turn up at all. We had to chase to find out what was happening frequently.
Also recently quoted an additional job for us, turn up to start it, diappeared after an hour and we have not heard back. Not even a courtesy call/msg to let us know whether he has changes him mind etc.
Summary - the job was done and I have no complaints about the work carried out. Reliability not great though. If you are happy to chase up then I am sure you will be happy with the work and cost. But ensure you get a list of items to be installed first (brand names etc) and ensure you have a work schedule agreed (time dates etc).

I need a diagnosis on why current gas C/H is only heating 2 radiators, and a quote on getting a fully working system. I suspect that the Gas Boiler probably needs upgrading, a few radiators are definitely obsolete: pipes, hot water tank and pump should be fine.
House is 3 bed semi.
Repeat because my preferred number of quotes (3) was for some reason over-ruled by the software here.
