The quote was reasonable and in line with what I was expecting, James talked me through in detail what would happen, provided me with a written quote quickly and responded to all my queeries very promptly. We moved the boiler from our kitchen to our loft and changed it to a Combi boiler. We also put in a new radiator in a new location. We had scheduled 3.5 days for the job and it was actually completed in 1.5! They arrived promptly at the time we had agreed on and worked their socks off all day, not even stopping for the tea I forced upon them! They cleared up at the end of the day and it was so clean and tidy that I wouldn't have known they'd been here if it wasn't for my lovely hot radiators! Top marks, very professional, hard working and reliable. In fact, I'm so impressed with them that I've already booked them to refit my bathroom in the Spring and plan to ask them to do my kitchen in the Summer!"
