Budget Under £100

Job No hot water from Ideal isar combi boiler HE24, The Boiler was new Oct 2008 - PCB replaced 14 months ago when it all stopped working. Now the CH works works fine. The diverter valve appears to be working, but hot water is coming out cold. No error figures are showing on the display; It reads 0 when not in use and C when the heating is on, it does not display dh when hot water is turned on, it stays reading 0 or C and the water is not heating up. This happened suddenly, hot water was ok on Friday up until 5pm - then at 6pm when we needed hot water it was coming out cold

Comment Extremely helpful and conscientious - Lee worked so hard to determine the cause of our boiler problem, unfortunately it turned out to be beyond repair, but he was determined not to give up! He was punctual and kept us informed at every single stage. We did require a new boiler and Lee provided a number of options; his team couldn't have worked harder for us if they'd tried. Would thoroughly recommend LVG Plumbing and we will use them again for any future work. Hazel

Job General maintenance prior to cold spell.

Comment Very friendly, carried out the jobs quickly and efficiently and even did extra bits that I hadn't noticed needed doing. Showed me the problems and explained what he was doing and how everything worked. Will definitely use Mike in the future should further problems arise. Also very good value. Am very happy and my house is now not too hot! rebecca
