supplies 8 radiators and working ok but requires servicing

We have an old glowworm boiler that needs replaceing
Very impressed with Glenn and the job he did for us flushing our heating system and replacing the boiler.
Glenn was knowledgable, efficient, polite and tidy. I was impressed with him and his investigations when he visited to price up the job. The estimate was a verbal one over the telephone rather than one printed and mailed to us. I don't know of it would, but don't let this put you off. It was very competitive and the boiler Glenn suggested proved to have good reviews when I researched it.
Glenn (& colleague) turned up as arranged, put down dust sheets everywhere they would be working and started work. At the end of the first day they tidied up after themselves, after stopping at a sensible point that left us with heating and hot water still.
Turned up on time again the following morning and finished the job off. I was confident they had checked everything, bled the system and generally done a very good job.
Glenn struck me as an old school plumber/heating engineer who perhaps doesn't have a flashy website, or fancy headed paper but does have an excellent knowledge of central heating systems, a professional attitude to work and a very easy going manner.
I would definitely recommend G Harris Plumbing and Heating to friends and family.

Gas Safe registered contractor required to check Gas fired combination condensing boiler 2-3years old prior to house purchase
Norm was very easy to communicate with and to get in touch with .very patient ( as there was a problem with access to the house where the job was) He was also very reliable and provided a very competative rate
Will certainly call upon him again if/when the need arises.

Problem with igniting pilot on Swift Flow 100. The ignition system seems to be malfunctioning because a) the spark generator is broken and b) the ignition button is also not functioning corrrectly.
Very good service indeed. Good communication, friendly service and a decent price. Recommended.

I have an american digital 7 day programmable thermostat which should put the heating on when I use the over ride button but nothing happens when I do. The boiler is on but the heating won't switch on
