I can't regulate my hot water.It heats to a dangerous level and can only be turned off at the switch beside hot water tank.and this means I have no heating.I would like an engineer to have a look preferably with no call-out charge.

I am looking for a wall-mountable electric panel heater for a bedroom (~2300 BTU/hour going by estimate). Must have a thermostat and a timer, and preferably not a convection heater as I have this already (prefer oil or water filled unit). The electric supply won't be economy 7, the flat has this supply but not currently available in the bedroom. Something aesthetically pleasing would be good. Any advice or recommendations appreciated.
