Budget Under £250

Job Need a radiator replaced. Current size radiator is approx 160cm by 60 (or whatever you can advise for the room size). Room Size 12Ft by 9ft. Its on the ground floor in mid terraced house in pontnewydd, cwmbran. Would appreciate a quotation and if agreed on price would like the work done as soon as possible. Thankyou. Matthew

Comment Mark was employed to replace a radiator 07/01/13. He got radiator sludge all accross my carpet. I gave Mark the option to clean (he failed) it or replace it. 3 months later 07/04/13 & nothing. He tells me that its his insurance company causing delays (3 months??). He suggested giving me 50% towards a carpet (He done this so why 50%). Ive had to chase him but just excuses. He never put the caps back on the radiators He failed to leave a receipt which eventually i got after chasing him for it. Matthew

Job Repair or replacement boiler for Ferroli F30D

Comment There is no praise enough for this guy. The problem was diagnosed and completed in no time flat, at a more than reasonable cost. He is an honest and very capable tradesman and should be the bench mark to which others strive to attain. I will definitly use him again if necessary and recommend Braeside Properties to all who require his services Anthony

Job The gas/central heating needs checking - just bought the house. The timer box is broken and advice required

Comment Dave Haynes was very compretent and I felt my heating system was in good hands. Dave took the time to explain what he was doing and why, pointed out that other work may be required as a result of the work I wanted him to do and kept me informed throughout the whole job. I have a brilliant heating system now, done for a very good price and his work is first class. I will never go anywhere else for future heating/plumbing work - I really do urge anyone else needing heating/plumbing work to use Dave Haynes matt
