I require a rigid pipe connection from a gas pipe which is too short currently to a hob that is built into the worktop. The distance is approx a meter to a meter and a half.

Items for inspection include boiler and gas hob
The work required was carried out with efficiency and at the time stated. However the quality of paperwork provided was not as expected. I know that plumbers/heating engineers do not like completing paperwork but I would expect at least an official invoice with number, date and VAT amount to be issued. This makes me suspect that the tradesman is not official.

I'm not sure
Can I have a price for supplying and fitting a Glow-worm Flexicom 35cx HE Combi Boiler replacing an old combi boiler.Supply control with rf room-stat. Supply and install magnaclean filter, power flust and rust inhibit system. I've being told it can go in the same place as the old boiler and it has the right size gas pip coming into it plus there is a drain close by tht the boiler can drain into.
A electric spur needs to be fitted as old one boiler is currently plugged into a socket next to it.
Can I also have a price for all the above except i'll supply the new boiler.

Remove old Valliant combination boiler from bathroom and replace with new Glow-Worm Flexicom 30. New route needs to be made for external flue because of new regulations, but existing gas pipes meet present regulations and there is no problem with waste drain. I would also be looking for a yearly service and Landlord's certificate if you are interested. Thanks!

The water leaks from around the spring clip located underneath the diverter valve operating head, and leads to a gradual decrease in the system pressure.
The boiler is located in a cupboard and has full frontal access.
