Currently we have 2 gas boilers - one for the hot water and one for the central heating. Although both work ok (but a bit old) we would like to replace them with one combi boiler and resite the boiler in a different part of the house.
Really pleased with the excellent job. Very competitive quote and responded to our enquiry very quickly. The work was completed very quickly without any problems or difficulties. Would highly recommend RPS Plumbing to others. They did a great job.

Have Worcester 24cdi boiler which has just given up on us. We have had it repaired over the last 2 years and corgi checked yearly. Water is again spouting out of the top and it makes clunking noise when you try to run water or switch on heating. Currently no heating or hot water. Not urgent today but quotes required as would like it done asap
Worked very hard, was excellent at staying in touch, polite, tidy and efficient. Would recommend to anyone - thank you very much

Requirements for Replacing Heating System
Location:
2 Bedroom 3rd Floor Flat
Consisting of
Hallway with 1 radiator and Wall Thermostat
Hallway cupboard – 1 pressurised hot water tank
Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom with 1 radiator
On-suite to Master Bedroom with 1 radiator
Main Bathroom – 1 small radiator
Bedroom 2 with 1 radiator
Living Room with 2 radiators
Kitchen – No radiators, 1 System Boiler and 1 Controller
Objectives:
Flat is roughly east west aligned; this means the Bedrooms facing the prevailing weather are normally colder by a significant amount compared to the Living Room.
The flat is often empty for 2 – 3 days at a time. I want to be able to set the timer to provide hot water and heating at different times each day of the week with the heating automatically coming on if temperature drops below certain level e.g. below 10° c
An option I want to consider is to control the heating and hot water remotely.
Current quotation for the following solution has been received:
Replace Glowworm Complheat System Boiler
Replace LP522 Lifestyle Controller with 7 day timer
Replace wall thermostat
Fit thermostatic valves to Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2
Replace radiator in On-Suite with 500mm towel rail radiator
Work to include flushing old system
Please quote:
1. Replacement of system boiler, thermostat, timer, On-Suite Radiator, fitting thermostatic values and associated works
2. Alternative solution for achieving consistent temp across the flat
3. Option 1 + upgraded for remote control of hot water and heating
