Our BAXI 50HE Plus condensing boiler frequently goes into 'lockout'. We have been advised by our boiler serviceman that the wire that ignites the boiler needs replacing.
We got in touch with David because we were having problems with our boiler. Although we thought he had at first fixed the problem, it turned out that whatever he had done made the problem a lot worse. After 2 visits by David, 250 pounds later, and a boiler that didnt work we were less than impressed. The plumber that has been out since has done a proper diagnostics and fixed it for half the price. Not only that but we found out the work David did do was not necessary and incorrectly installed.

A new combi boiler and to be fitted in 2 bed flat in new position closer to outer wall. Old boiler to be removed.
Very informative from start to finish. Arrived on time, fitted new boiler and removed old boiler, checked everything and cleared up behind themselves. Good standard of workmanship. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them! Thank you both.

The work was carried out professionally, efficiently and on time and was excellent value. Andy, the guy who came to fix our radiator arrived when he said he would and even did a couple of extra bits to our bathroom tap and even the water tank in the loft, even though I had not originally mentioned this problem to him - which my wife pointed out when he cam to our house. I can thoroughly recommend APS and I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you.

I need a new Thermal cup bought and fitted i am told, i have a Valiant boiler gas system, the pilot light is igniting but after a few minutes blowing out with the wind from the Flu, so i have had to keep the Emersion heater on so that i have hot water and now the Cold water tap in my bath will not turn on so i am burning myself when showering.
