Came out in the case of an emergency boiler failure. Arrived on time and completed the work within a few hours. Brian and colleaguse were all courteous and helpful.

Replacing built in gas hob with a new one.
I'm very happy with the work done (fitting a gas hob). Chris contacted me and quoted to do the job very quickly, and managed to squeeze the job in the next day by starting early in the morning. The cost was very reasonable, and even though the job took longer than expected due to some unforseen complications, Chris refused my offer of extra payment. Very professional, friendly and tidy. I would definitely use Chris again.

I'm not sure
I have little or no heat coming from 5 of the 13 radiators I have in the house. It has been suggested that my heating system may need pressurising. I have tried bleeding rads, if there is a difference it is short lived.
Very knowledgable about his subject, well priced and dependable. Very pleased with the job, would not hesitate to contact again when we need work doing

The central heating timer does not seem to be controlling the hot water anymore. I need use a separate switch to get the water to heat up and switch it off again. + leaking tap in the kitchen

Need a new condenser boiler installed, as well as new radiators throughout a three bedroom terraced house. Not sure of total cost, could end up quoting up to say 3000.
Colin and James were absolutely spot on time - not just for the quote, but on both days they worked at our home installed a new central heating system and radiators. Colin talked us through the options and prices for each type of boiler and radiator they might use. After getting three other quotes, we chose to go with Stanmore as their price was the same or similar to others. At each point where a decision was required about the placement of a radiator or routing of pipes, Colin and James asked rather than just doing it. This was much appreciated as we got the work done the way we wanted. At several points, they even pointed out more labour intensive ways of doing things which we then chose - refreshing considering they could have just done things the easy way and we would have been none-the-wiser until long after they'd left. Nice blokes, good job, a pleasure to work with. Thanks!

The heating keeps going off when we leave it on full. Even if we set the thermostat temperature to high it will switch off before the house gets warm.. Sometimes we can only turn the heating on if we turn the hot water off. It also makes a loud whirring noise when it starts! It's a Stelrad Ideal Classic gas boiler

I'm not sure
All lights have gone off the boiler. Have checked the fuse which seems okay, have tried resetting the boiler to no avail. Unsure what the issue could be.
