"When the installation started the days where structured as laid out on the quotation so you knew what to expect and Michael worked like a Trojan to achieve these goals. I cannot impress enough on anybody who reads this testament how hard working, passionate, and professional this gentleman is. Trying to please your customer â??All the timeâ?? is a much overused saying but not in this case, he is phenomenal. There are always problems or points to discuss with projects like this, and there are no exceptions here. He advised us about the installation and sorted the problems. For us the main problem was living in a hard water area and â??silting upâ?? of the old hot water system, this being the reason for the failure of the system. Steps where taken to eliminate the silting on the new system and the project was completed in 4 days."
