Couldn't be more pleased. Daniel, was very quick to respond to my request for a replacement boiler and was friendly and professional throughout. The job was completed less than a week from my initial enquiry, to a high standard and the guys left no trace that they were ever here (other than my shiny new boiler of course). We are shortly putting a new bathroom in and will definitely be using WH James again.

We have a real flame gas fire and need to have it removed (by a Corgi or equivalent registered tradesman), so that we can remove some brickwork from below it and install a new hearth. We will then also need a new fire installing , but this may not be immediately, so will probably treat this as a separate job.

I was having my whole heating system replaced and I couldn't have made a better choice. Chris was helpful, tidy, reliable, knowledgable and professional. He went out of his way to plan the job so that I would have the minimum inconvenience. I would definately recommend him to anyone.

Currently have old open flue floor standing boiler in kitchen. Would like new boiler preferably a combi installed upstairs.
Colin and his team have done an excellent job in replacing my old floor standing boiler in the kitchen with a new worcester combi boiler in the upstairs airing cupboard. The team as a whole - Colin, James and Marcus - were all polite, professional and tidy, making sure that everything was cleared away at the end of every visit. The job took slightly longer than was quoted but this was mainly due to problems drilling through my walls!! All in all a very neat job that I am very satisfied with and will have no hestitation recommending them to anyone.
