Budget Under £250

Job Replace a defective Honeywell CM927 wireless programmable room thermostat. A cheaper alternative would be welcome, particularly as the complex programming abilities of the Honeywell model are not necessary. The boiler is a Vaillant Ecotec Plus 831.

Job Gas has been cut of by the gas fire. we are now planning to remove the fire place and replace with an poen fire, we therefore need to tap the gas supply off further back under the floor boards before we demolish the fire place.
