"Foolishly we went with another plumber originally to service the boiler then when he failed to finish the job - actually repair a problem - not bothering to turn up for a follow up appointment or even phone to cancel, we went to Gary of GASDAY. He was the complete opposite of the first guy, prompt, reliable, efficient, trustworthy and capable. Job escalated to replacing the boiler and one radiator. Gary did discuss options with us and when we were considering replacing all the radiators he recommended fitting stats on them all instead doing himself out of work but giving us a much better option. The job actually came in under quote (still can't quite believe that actually happens in the real world). Also despite rescuing someone from a fire while on the job before ours (see front page of Watford Observer dated 29 Feb 08) which lost him a day Gary started and finished the job on time. We cannot recommend him highly enough and I've been handing out his business cards to family and friends ever since all of whom have struggled to find a reliable plumber in this area."
