"John's quote was the most professional we had (we had 6 quotes) - he showed us his credentials and qualifications immediately and explained thoroughly what he could do. He is very knowledgeable about boilers. He arrived as agreed to start the work. Things took a little longer than planned as his colleagues weren't able to make it on the first day, but John came back again to finish the job. There were a couple of teething issues after installation - John came back promptly each time to make things good. Would recommend John and use him again for future work."

"David came to look at this job and, as I was also looking for someone to refurbish our downstairs bathroom, I asked him to quote on that too. He is a very likable fellow and I found it very easy to tell him exactly what I wanted. His finished work is of a standard that is beyond exceptional. I have not met anyone before who cares so much about design, quality of product and high end finish. If there is a better way of doing something that will improve the overall aesthetic, David will suggest it and then do it. He never just takes the easy approach especially if that would compromise the end result. He is now just about to start work on our upstairs bathroom too."
