"The requirement was for a Gledhill specialist which it became clear that they were not. Having spent 2 hrs reading the instruction manual the proposed course of action was to speak to Gledhill's technical support. This after "checking" a shut-off valve which then sprang a leak, leaving us without even emergency heating and hot water. The charge for this "investigation/diagnostic" was £90 per hour. Against my better judgement I have has to rate them as very poor only because I could not find a lower rating."
