"There was a problem with their workmanship, there was a leak they did not turn up at the agreed time to repair it saying the distance was a problem (this was not a problem when they wanted the job!)They agreed for me to get it fixed and send them the bill,this I did and despite phone and email messages they have not replied. I am now going to take them to the small claims court as do not forget we had water coming from a radiator in our bedroom for over a week while we were waiting for them and the whole system now keeps loosing pressure so that the shower suddenly goes cold. We cannot afford to get it fixed. WE PAID PEGWELL HEATING ON TIME WHY CAN THEY NOT DO THE DECENT THING AND PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKES."
