"This was a central heating engineer who was a pleasure to have in the house, and he obviously knows his trade. He made his first visit to assess the problem on a Saturday, then said he would ring with a quote the following Monday. He rang when he said he would, had the parts available and made his second visit the same day to fit them. Regarding the timing of both visits, he was easy to get hold of and arrived at the time agreed. The price was in line with what I expected, and he took care to warn us of future problems that might arise due to the age of the boiler and how much they might cost to fix. Overall, we were delighted with his services."
