Need new boiler to connect to existing system.
Really great service, friendly and professional. From the beginning to end dealing with this company was a real pleasure - we knew what was happening and when it was going to happen. We've dealt with companies in the past that have been really bad at communicating - but Zarir was really great at getting back to you quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves! We even got a text the next day to ask if it was all working ok. They are even coming back next week to do a check. We went for quite a pricey boiler but we feel it was worth it. Highly recommended!

Type of gas central heating system is Stelrad Group Ideal Elan 2, hot water working but radiators not coming on - the pilot light is on but not firing up when the heating is switched on
I am very happy with the work carried out by Paul - he was here when he said he would be. New install, house currently is electricity only. Gas piped and metred to property already. Only require GSR installer to put in boiler and 1 radiator. Bolier inc Flu, Linkage & Wireless Conroller being purchased by myself through other channels. Radiators also being purchased by me. Boiler will be a Worcester Greenstar 28i Junior.
Great job from start to finish, would highly recommend.

back boiler isn't igniting. Fire still working fine
David came out to look at job and quoted price. Arranged a time to come back to carry out work and did not show up. Did not respond to any voicemails or missed calls to give explanation. Found another engineer who carried out work 75% cheaper. Terrible service

Our current Alpha combination boiler is not regularly firing to heat hot water. I would also like a more efficient and if possible powerful boiler.
Ian was great and honest on giving his quotation. Out of the companies the only one that supplied me with a written quotation for job. An excellent and clean job was carried out all waste removed from our house. I would definitely recommend this company for similar work.

When I moved into my flat I didn't get a heating engineer to check the hot water system. Since then all that has come out of the hot water tap is cold water. My heating is an electric cold storage unit with a control panel that has a light on it but doesn't seem to do anything. I use the electric shower for my hot water.

I have a Verine Vertex living flame fire that doesn't work. I've had it for 7 years and had no problems but now when you press the remote control, it sparks, the blue flames light and after 3 clicks it dies and not gas comes through to light the fire.
