Ian called me within 15hrs of me posting my job onsite. i described my boiler problem over the phone and within minutes Ian had identified the problem and spoke me through how to fix it (it was fixed within 2 mins). I think this type of service shows the honesty and excellent knowledge of the man. where others may have fleeced you foe a new boiler or charged for expensive parts or labour, this guy gave some honest help and advice at no financial gain to himself. Would recommend and will use again."

"Engineer came to quote for the job when he said he would. Gave lots of info with first visit and followed this up with a written quote with choice of boilers. After chosing my boiler I was given an installation date within a couple of weeks. 3 engineers arrived on the day at arranged time and the job was completed well within timeframe and to a very high standard. I was given full instructions on how to operate the new boiler system and thermostat and all the relevant paperwork and warranty information. They also left the house clean and tidy having used dust sheets throughout. I had ongoing communication from start to finish and would highly recommend Valley Technical Services."
