"Had a phone call and the man said that someone would be round within an hour - I asked how much for the call out and he said that there would be no charge to come round and quote. The man came round and said that we needed a new PCB Board and that he didn't have one and that we could get one ourselves and then charged us £70 FOR THE CALL OUT AND DIDN'T PROVIDE A RECEIPT. IS NOW NOT ANSWERING HIS MOBILE AND LETTING HIS WIFE CALL ME BACK - DO NOT USE. GIVES A BAD NAME TO TRADESMEN."

"Don't tell people that the call out is free and then charge - seventy pounds for 10 mins is outrageous by any standard. I agree that the call out was fast but to ask for seventy pounds and then provide no receipt is not good working practice and how can anyone afford this sort of money. I wouldn't have excpected him to come out for nothing but how do you justify that figure? We will not be recommending you to anyone and will be telling people to beware."
