"Alan sent his son, Phil, to carry out the job ( Phil works for his father). Alan had visited previously to assess and revisited to hand deliver his written quote. Phil was punctual and polite and told us how long it may take.He immediately set to work to remove the old boiler and fit the new one. All told, the job including checking the gas and water connections and repairing a leaking radiator valve was completed the same day. Phil was a very clean and tidy worker and even arranged for the old boiler to be collected during the visit. The price paid was the price quoted with no hidden extras. We are very pleased with the job done and recommend this company to others. we wouldn't hesitate to use them again."
