Budget Under £500

Job We seem to be having problems where the boiler is possibly ignoring the thermostat/timer and staying on when it should be off. In addition several of our radiators seem to work one day and not the next. We had a new timer/program panel installed a year or two ago along with what I think was a pressure valve in the boiler. The rest I believe has been in since the house was built. The house is around 15 years old. The boiler is a glowworm economy plus.

Budget Under £2,000

Job Replace existing boiler with condenser boiler (Vaillant preferrably). REmove two radiators from living room and replace with a double radiator. Fit TRV's to all radiators.

Job Potterton Promax HE Plus 15/2 fails to ignite. LED Panel suggests Fan Lockout. Tries to run through iginition stages and there is a brief flicker of blue flame.

Budget I'm not sure

Job 3 storey house, fairly new build with lots of radiators. Some are fine,but several need repeated bleeding on a regular basis and some never seem to heat up.

Comment Prompt reply to the job, arranged a convenient saturday morning appointment the same week. Serviced the boiler and gas fire, and sorted the radiator problem quickly and for a good price. Would definitely use again. Neil

Budget Under £100

Job I have just turned the central heating on for the winter and the pipes in one of the bedrooms are making a terrible rattling noise. this is not urgent but it is a nuisance value and would like it sorting out.
