"Barry, the proprieter came to size up the job. He appeared knowledgeable about the requirements and gave us a very reasonable quote. We had other quotes both higher and lower, but the type of boiler, the 5 year guarantee, and Barry's straight-forwardness swung it. The job was scheduled quite quickly in a very cold part of the year so we were very grateful for that. Peter and Dan were subcontractors used by Premier. They turned up early and got straight down to work. They worked hard all day, asking for my opinion on anything that might need a decision (I would advise that you stay at home while your job is done too). The job took longer than the estimated time but they stayed and worked almost 12 hours. One part of the job was to make good the roof where the old flue had been. Unfortunately, the fitters didn't have the skills to do the job correcty so I had to call in a roofer. Premier accepted this extra cost as they had included making good the roof as part of the quote. This shows that they will try to look after their customer and keep within the original price. Brilliant. Thanks guys."
