I need one new 600x2000mm radiator fitting to replace a smaller one. I need 3 existing radiators swapped with others already installed in the house (larger ones going in place of smaller ones in all cases) and 5 new TRVs fitting . The copper pipework for all 4 radiators will need to be extended. I will supply all radiators and TRVs. Ready to proceed on satisfactory quote. Ideally before Wednesday of next week.
I've had some bad experiences with tradesmen before but these guys was exemplary. He had a very young apprentice with him when he came to do the work and he treated him with some patience and politeness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their professional manner and quality of work.

Long story...new central heating pump fitted 2 years ago by Eon and system (10 yrs old) not worked properly since he came, before the boiler temp was usually set at about 3/4s. Within month of being fitted, system would not warm up (except bathroom). Engineer 2 came said system needed flushing which he did incorrectly (as per engineer 3). Eng 2 flushed, as well as break 2 thermostats; eng 2 advised to use the lockvalves to control temp and not the thermostats. System worked for 3 days. Further 3 visits by other Eon staff who got the system working after reflushing correctly, balancing radiators, fitting new thermostats. Last winter system worked but not as well and had to have boiler thermo on max. Back to square one now....bathroom radiator hot, all others not even luke warm. To get "heat" in the living room, all others have to be turned off. The only thing that other engineers never did was replace the 2nd pump. Have taken front off boiler and adjusted the speed of the pump but this had had no effect; readjusted lock valves but this has had no effect. Have noticed an occasional small drip from the pump.
Dave came within an hour of his call, Loads of probs with CH system; we agreed further work and came when agreed and fixed the system. He is very knowledgeable, uses laymans talk, takes pride in his work and will not be defeated. Totally reliable, totally expert. A rarity! Great sense of humour - coffee white with one! Thank you for a fantastic job well done, more work to follow for you!

I need an estmate of how much a new boiler and installation will cost. I prefer an excellent Combi boiler this time and advice on the brand/model
Very efficient and highly experienced man. He removed the old boiler, roof tank that's no longer needed, and installed a new Baxi duo combi boiler within a short space of time. The boiler is working well. He has done an excellent job. His charge price is comparatively cheap. Highly recommendable tradesman. Well done Robert.

new gas fired boiler needed to replace inefficient one. Not sure what I need, was thinking a combi boiler but would also need some advice on the right model etc
Greg's work was excellent, he was freiendly reliable and honest - not sure what else you could ask for really!! Very good value for money, I would reccommend him to anyone
