The boiler keeps tripping out leaving me with no hot water or heating
A job well done let down by the inability to provide an invoice. I was promised an invoice would be emailed to me immediately. Despite a number of excuses I still haven't seen one nearly 2 weeks later. My next port of call is my ex wife, who is still a good friend and works as a compliance inspector for Her Majesties Revenue and Customs. She has the email, texts and original phone call details.
I have been reasonable and patient, but now suspect the job didn't cost the price paid hence no invoice forthcoming. I am out £160 as my landlord will not refund the cash I paid without an invoice or reciept. I do not want anyone else to fall foul of the same experience.

I require a heating engineer to provide a free quotation for the removal of a gas fireplace from the 1st reception room of my new property as well as looking at the gas boiler and providing an opinion as to its current state.
Scott was fantastic - removed the fireplace for a great price and in super quick time. Provide great advise regarding the boiler system, so I look forward to seeing Scott in the future. A***

The current combi boiler (Worcester 280) is leaking, also it's sometimes not heating the water.
An engineer has looked at it and thinks theres quite a few parts that need replacing so a new boiler is looking like a better option.
The new boiler must have at least a 5 year guarantee.
