We have an ancient boiler that makes amazing amounts of noise and fuss to heat our water and 20 radiators. Would appreciate early installation of new boiler and header tank, with the minimum of fuss and mess, please!
Excellent service, patient and knowledgeable. Excellent follow-up and additional works undertaken with care and good humour.
Even when a part failed that was outside of Marcus's remit, he made every effort to have the problem rectified, going the "extra mile" and never losing his smile. Marcus's office support is second-to-none, too - thank you Kay. Highly recommended.
