Have bought a flat with gas central heating. Need someone to check/service the boiler to ensure it is working and safe to use . The boiler is a Main Combi 24. This is providing hot water to the kitchen and the bathroom, I think there are 3 radiators and a towel rail. There is also a gas hob which I woiuld like checking. I think the oven is electric, but it might be gas too. I will have access on 1st November and would like this job doing on that day if at all possible.

They also installed a new bathroom suite, floor, electric shower and extractor fan, and renovated the wall tiling. I am delighted with the outcome. Despite complications due to the state and nature of the property, the work was completed within a tight timescale letting me move in on time. Dave and his colleagues were highly professional and comfortable to be around. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have a central heating boiler installed 8 years ago by British Gas. The boiler is a RD1 Fanned Flue Gas Boiler (SBGI printed on the inside of the boiler housing) When turning on the central heating system, the boiler is cutting out every few minutes and is therefore not heating the radiators in the house. We therefore need someone to diagnose the problem and offer a solution and a repair.
This is the first time that I have dealt with a tradesman who has given me the confidence to use him. Bob is a knowledgeable tradesman who is courteous and polite and who's work is excellent. I originally posted a problem with the boiler in the house and subsequently gave Bob additional plumbing work to fix in the house, such was my confidence in his ability. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a workman with his skills.

1 radiator to be removed 15-Jan (any time) or 18-Jan (early). 18-Jan preferred. And then put back another day (TBC - dependant on other work taking place). Radiator easily accessible. Combi boiler system. Also, install a drain off valve when putting radiator back on as there isn't one on the system currently.
Great job - worked around our availability, very tidy and great price. very pleased will happily recommend and use again...

We can source the boiler (thinking Vaillant) ourselves, but need it fitting. Flue outlet also needs moving to go through extension roof as it currently goes through the wall to a neighbours property.
Heat Tech were great. Turned up when they said they would, informed us when they hit difficulties and let us know in advance of the extra cost involved for the complicated flue set-up we needed to make the least mess in our kitchen. We had costed the boiler ourselves, but Heat Tech got it for us at the same price as we had found on the internet, with a lot less hassle. Very happy with the job, and it's great to have a boiler we can rely on. Thanks guys.
