Our gas central heating appears to be on the blink. Hot water is working but radiators are not heating up. Could possibly be related to the thermostat but not sure. Need and engineer to visit to identify the problem and fix the heating ideally today, Monday 5th November 2012. URGENT.
Alan was great, he arrived in good time when we had an urgent request, our central heating was on the blink. Quickly identified the problem and fixed it with a modicum of disruption and managed to work around my 'conference calls' with little instruction. I would highly recommend his service.

Keith did an excellent job. From the very first visit till finishing job he provided professional service. At all times kept flat tidy, also was key holder and explained all work involved the job clearly and issued a very detailed quote. He removed storage heaters and a coldwater storage tank and replaced this with a combi-boiler and radiators. Also installed gas and mains water supply. Initially mains water supply was not planned, but Keith noticed at his first visit that there was no mains water in my flat, what other plumbers didn’t notice. Defiantly will use him again for further plumbing/gas jobs and will highly recommend him.

i have recently had a survey done on a property which has flagged i should get a quotation from a qualified gas central heating engineer to modernise the system. I'm looking for a ballpark quote to scope out the ifnnacial implications of thsi work prior to completition. I'm looking for quote guidance asap but would not do the work until summer 2008
I purely askedd for a quote on a property i'm consdiering buying and Yin was flexible in going round at short notice and providing the information i need. If i go ahead with the purchase i will definitely use him for the work.

Have a MAIN ECO combi-boiler. Hot water ok, but heating not coming through. Pressure seems ok as do indicator lights. Could be we have changed valve position which has caused hot water to stop flowing. We think this may be us not understanding the system as opposed to a genuine breakdown, but we will see...hence we think it may be a 1/2 hour job?

Central Heating was working fine but the radiator in my son's room wasn't heating all the way to the top. Bled it for about three minutes until the water came up and ever since then the boiler, whilst igniting hasn't kicked in. I think I've lost pressure somewhere in the system.
