we need to replace a boiler in a 2 bedroom house
As the work was in a flat we rent out, we haven't seen it yet but he has been extremely helpful and accommodating (despite the tenants being a bit difficult) and we were really happy with the price he quoted. We'd definitely contact Chris again if we needed to have similar work done.

We have a cast iron Victorian fireplace with a gas fire in the grate. The on/off control is under the grate and gets so hot, you can't turn the fire down or off.
