I would recommend Monty as he was punctual and informative. My boiler needed a few items changed or repaired so Monty visited me twice to install the replacement parts. Monty explained the situation prior to the 2nd visit before going ahead with repairs/replacements and you were aware of the costs involved before taking this option..

Moved into premises, boiler doesnt work - think it may be the pump, need to have this looked at and sorted. Need the gas power switched on thereafter so we can get heating!
David was good, he sorted out the boiler returning a couple of times with different parts to ensure everything worked fine. Friendly guy, would use again.

Come out to check over and ensure gas and water pressure are sufficient.
The engineer did not turn up for the scheduled appointment despite my taking a day off work. He did not retrun my calls that day either. It was more than a week before I found someone to fix it - a simple fan replacement. Very disappointing.

We are a charity and have a commercial Potterton Kingfisher CF180 that has just blown up last week and been capped. It has a huge crack in the base and is beyond repair. Independently of this, the property was closed down several months ago and the heating was only provided for the security guards in a small part of the property. We will never need such a large system again as the property is ear-marked for disposal. The property did have 17 rooms but now just 7 small rooms are used. Hot water is all electric. So we would like to replace the CF180 with a smaller affordable residential unit to provide a little bit of warmth. Is this possible?

Radiators at top of house not filling. Previously ok. Pump changed last year but making a noise so may not be working properly. Boiler engineer commented on it when he did the service in January. 2 sets of advice said we needed additional tank head / higher tank, or extra pumps. As it worked fine for 8 years not sure this is correct.

We had a radiator removed from an internal wall which has been knocked through to make an open plan kitchen lounge area. We now need the radiator reinstalled. We still have the radiator, but they had to removed the original pipes that you put the radiator on. Sorry for the non-technical speak here(!) but the two pipes that come out of the floor that the radiators are attached to are no longer there. I am presuming that under the floorboards the pipework will still be in place though. Hope this makes sense?! If possible, we would really like this done ASAP as we are having carpets put down on Sunday and, in an ideal world, would be great to have this done tomorrow (Saturday) If someone has the chance to come round to have a look that'd be great.
