"We were provided with a quote in June 2009. We accepted this and paid an £850.00 deposit. After making many appointments to do the work, which he never kept we were left high and dry. The excuses were utterly unbelieveable. We asked for our deposit back but this has not been paid to us. We sent letters and emails to warn that we would take legal action but this made no difference. We are now taking legal action to get our deposit back. "

"Gave a quote on Monday, said he would come on Sat. Did not show up. when called said he was busy and would come after a weeks holiday. Assured me I would be his first call. Never called or turned up. Diagnosed four problems with the central heating & bolier. Since he did not show I got another recommended expert. All four problems diagnosed were totally incorrect. Thankfully the no show saved me money and also the fact that the corrective measures would never have sorted out the original problem in the first place, An example of his mis-diagnosis. Suspected Fault - Both my room thermostats were not working because they were not clicking on & off. Solution replace them. Actual Sitiuation. They are working properly it is just that they are electronic & thus do not 'click'. This could have been checked within a couple of minutes by a simple test. CONCLUSION - Either they have very little knowledge or money is being is being tried to be made from uninformed clients. I can only share my experience with you and thank the fact I was never contacted me"
