We have a period gas surround fireplace with cast iron insert and living flame grate that no longer ignites. It had been serviced approx. 12 months ago. It appears that it is solely the ignition that is at fault as gas flows freely.
Very polite, articulate, timely and demonstrated a determination to resolve the issue.

I'm not sure
Gas meter has been reinstalled after previously being disconnected. Need the gas supply to be reconnected to the meter and need certified engineer asap.
The work was a simple job of reconnecting meter, adding a radiator and gas certificate. He was friendly, on time and reliable. I would recommend him.

I want a really reliable condensing combi gas boiler fitted in upstairs bathroom. 23KW to 28KW. Don't mind paying for good quality labour but resent paying mark-up on the parts.
Didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. Didn't look for excuses to max the cost to the top of my limit. Gave me what I asked for. Friendly and polite without being obsequious. Good job completed on time. Straight arrows.

I have a combination boiler situated in the ground floor kitchen on an outside facing wall. I require this boiler to be moved within the kitchen to a new more convienient location. The boiler is to be moved around 10 feet along the wall and placed at the same height. hence the bolier and all associated pipes will need to be moved as well as the Electrical connection and a holes knocked through the wall for the flue. Work to take place from between the beginning of March to end April 07.
Excellent service, turned up when they said they were going to, completed the job ontime and to spec. I have since had [COMPANY NAME] back to do other plumbing work. Highly recommended.
