Potterton 28i gas boiler. The flue needs to be positioned at an angle going downwards. This boiler inside flue is metal not plastic due to the high heat of the gas. The flue is currently horizontal meaning that the gas cannot make its way out of the flue and so corrodes the inside of the flue. Heat team have stated that it must be realined.
Brian was great. He was prompt and really knew what he was talking about. He helped with the initial situation but also advised on other work which would help reduce possibilities of having the problem occur again. Went out of his way to complete the job ASAP. Fantastic communication from him and he made sure he explained everything in simple mans terms which is perfect for me. especially as i am a female and literally have no idea about these things. Would definitely recommend. A+++

Existing boiler is old and not fixable(Vulcan Continental). The boiler shuts off after a few seconds of coming on.We need a new one,preferably, floor standing condensing boiler to be installed in the same place. If the radiatores need to be replaced, We would pay extra for the work be carried out.
Adam is very skilful and fast at his job. He was on time and his professional approach was excellent. . He is a straight forward type of person. I give Adam 10 out of 10 for changing my boiler and three radiators.

Replace aging Potterton Lynx 2 combi boiler with combi boiler in a 1 bed, 1 bathroom property with 2 radiators and 1 heated towel rail. Power flush also required.
Excellent service - Pacific arrived when they said they would and carried out the works in a professional and timely manner, completing everything as agreed. Highly recommended - I would have no hesitation in using their services again.

We have an old gas boiler with a hot water tank and expansion tank. We want to replace it with a new combi boiler (and remove the old tanks). The old boiler vents through a flat roof. I do not know if it conforms to current building regs so minor roof work may be required. I do not know what the flue is made of, but it may be asbestos.

I'm not sure
Originally we were able to increase the pressure using the filling loop, but the pressure will only last for about 15mins before it drops right down again. Overflow pipe is also dripping.
