My Heat Line C24/28 gas boiler has stopped working. Replacing a fuse made it work again for a few minutes. Water is coming from inside the boiler near a diverter/valve. I think I need an engineer who knows this type of boiler.
Quick and efficient. Friendly and good value. Much more helpful and knowledgeable than British Gas.

Boiler maintenance One of my radiators is not working
very simple problem with my radiator, he waited until I left the room to fix it. It took him all of 10 seconds and cost me £50. He would not tell me what he did. I suppose he thinks I will call him if the same problem arises. I wont. he was supposed to send me a part for boiler. never did. He did not do the job because it involved lifting a cupboard off the wall.

Our gas bolier is old and needs replacing. Would need someone to recommend new replacement and install it.
Very happy with William and George's work. Very efficient team. Got quote a few hours after first visit. Gave us the cheapest quote, which worked out fine for us since job fairly straight forward. Showed up on time for job and finished job on time (1 day). Tidied up afterwards as well. Just perfect!

At present we have 7 standard white radiators and one towel radiator. Over time the caps have been lost and broken and the system is not working well. We would like to install Thermostatic Radiator Valves to all eight radiators. We would like both valves to be changes. This means the installation of 8 Thermostatic Radiator Valves and 8 normal valves. We would also like to get the system balanced to ensure its running as well as possible.
I found Chris to be very helpful and the work was done within a day and to a high standard, despite the fact Chris had a few issues as my system is just so old. He arrived early and left very late once he was sure that it was all working ok. I had a minor leak on one of the radiators that night and Chris was quick to attend the following morning to fix the problem. I plan to use Chris again to do more work in the New Year.

The boiler is irratically losing pressure and needs topping up every couple of days. The hot water system seems fine but the central heating is not working as well as it should with the radiators near to the boiler being much hoter than those further away. The boiler is not a combi but a relatively new Worcester with a tank in the airing cupboard. The timer seems not to function correctly either and finally there is a noise like a foghorn for a few seconds when a bath or shower is run! Timing: ASAP

Have purcahsed a ravenheat boiler 28KW plus 7 radiators from SELCO. Need a full central heating system fitted in a place which has had non previously (gas fires to be removed and capped off). Want it certified and Gas Safe. Would like work to start no later than 22nd October. Electrics getting done at the same time (total rewire).
