I have a Megaflow water heater. Model DD170
The timer is set for twice a day. It has stopped working.
However, when I turn on the override it does then heat the water.
Clive was very helpful and solved my problem with the boiler quickly and efficiently. He identified that there might be a part to be replaced and took details in case he needed to come back. However this was not necessary which means he saved me money.

Hi
I need someone to rewire my boiler and controls. At the moment the heating and hot water works but is always on / off without timer.
I would like:
a. A new control unit for the boiler (currently Honeywell)
b. A RF remote thermostat (currently wired)
Wiring up to existing gas fired boiler with hot water tank.
The boiler is fine but old, and it's not worked properly for years :(
Alos depending on when you get in touch one radiator is not working - pipe is hot to thermostat valve but rad is luke warm - may get someone out to do this on it's own depending on how quickly I get quotes!

Amazing! In 15 years of living in this flat and using 4 or 5 engineers this is the first time my central heating has worked properly.
John was methodical, explained what he was doing and re-wired the whole system.
He rang before hand to see if he could pick up any parts as I had an idea what was wrong, on a use or return basis which was great.
He tried to minimise the time required as much as possible, and showed me how to fix a radiator if another one goes wrong.

My worcester 24i boiler has a zero pressure. I am looking for someone who could come during the day to show me how to increase it. I am leaving in EC2, if you are interested please contact me with a quote.
I would definittely recommend Singh and Sons Heating Services. Marik responded quickly to my quote request and came right on time. He was very helpful and efficient. In addition to show me how to increase my boiler's pressure, he also bleeded air from the boiler and radiators.

installing new Vaillant EcoTec Plus 837 Combi boiler
Adam and his brother were punctual, polite and very professional - a real pleasure to deal with! His quote for installing a new Vaillant 837 combi boiler was very reasonable and we've been enjoying the instant hot water ever since! They didn't make a fuss and just got on with the job efficiently and quietly and left the premise spotless and removed the old boiler. They are a credit to the industry. A 5-star service. Highly recommended!

British Gas have recommended a Worcester Greenstar 28i high efficiency Combi boiler with tailor made Flue plus Bosch Plume management. They also recommended flushing out the system. I'm looking for quotes to carry this work out. No other radiators or pipes need replacing.
Rob from RGK offered a great service. Instead of quoting for a new bolier he took a look at it and recommended a part needed changing to fix it - a much cheaper option that replacing the whole bolier! He's since fitted the new part and it's working fine. Friendly, helpful and honest.

Flat has large cellar floor also and want to look at poss. of underfloor heating for this and entire flat.
Awkward job but Ian and team accomodated all the changes and delays. No worries about theses guys.

Baxi boiler dripping, pressure bar is on 2 when heating and water are off, goes up to maximum of 4 within minutes of heating being turned on and a worrying banging starts.
I have tried resetting and opening the taps on the filling loop with no luck.
I have no heat and can only use hot water for a minute or so, so this is pretty urgent!
