I have a new gas hob that needs installing. The current faulty gas hob one is due to be removed by John Lewis on Friday 10th May in the afternoon. The new gas hob will be delivered by them at the same time. I need a gas engineer to install the new hob.
Very efficient. Very friendly. Very competent. Luke installed a new gas hob for me with the minimum of fuss. Would really recommend Luke's service and I'll definitely be using him again.

Hi. I live in a private rented house with a communal heating system run by the local council. Still no heat from my radiators despite council having replaced all radiator valves and the return valve. Council maintenance guy unable to explain what is wrong as other flats don't have problem. My landlord recently installed a shower with an electric pump, so perhaps this is causing the problem rather than the council's system. We need a professional to assess the situation and give a second opinion. Please send quote so I can pass on to landlord. Thanks.
Hi, David did a great job and fixed the problem. Turned up on time and cheerfully got on with it. Diagnosed the problem with some nasty, clogged up valves. Can't comment on the value as the bill went to my landlord.

I'm a Landlord so am not around at the property, but my tenants were very happy with the service, and I was happy with the price. Would use them again.

the job that was done on the heating was fine but there are pipes which they said they would remove which haven't been removed and the job they did on our kitchen has resulted in constant flooding from our washing machine, hence why we have to get the kitchen plumbing looked at again

I have an electric boiler in a 2 bed ground floor flat. There have been on going problems with there not being enough hot water. Have tried various solutions which haven't worked. The original boiler was supplied by Heatweb (think they've gone bust now!): Boiler details: Serial no: 3043 Unit ID: CECISOELCIHC D'S no: 4436 Probably need a new boiler installed, but would be happy for another professional to take a look and see if there's any obvious solution to cure the current model.

Hi I would like someone to service my gas boiler. It's working fine, but probably needs a check up. I am also new to this flat and could do with someone showing me how to use the thing too! I think the timer is broken, or at least i can't figure it out. The boiler is called a Biasi 24s and it was made in 2001. There is also something wrong with the extractor fan on my hob, it's making weird whirring noises and not working generally. I would like someone - ideally the same person - to look at this.
