"Matt turned up punctually and gave me a thorough estimate for the works that I required.
The workmanship has been of a very high standard throughout and he always seems very determined to do the job well taking his time to think through all aspects of the job. He has been incredibly flexible working in and around other trades as we complete this project and I cannot say how much I am grateful that he has carried out this work for me. He has installed a complete new system, pressurised with megaflow and worcester condensing boiler, fitted three bathrooms, installed underfloor heating and renewed all external soil stacks and pipes. He has not gone over budget, he has been polite and very helpful- offering solutions to problems as and when they have occurred. I received 6 quotes for this job and, though Matt was not the cheapest (I received silly prices- both low and high), he had spent time working out properly the cost of the materials. On all my projects, I demand only the best both in terms of materials and workmanship and he has definitely met those criteria.
