Potterton Puma 80e has retired I suspect after 13 years of service. Hot water works if hot water dial turned down. locks out if turned up. central heating not working at all. Hard water has got to the old girl. Looking for a quote for straight replacement plus system flush.
Mark and Luke arrived on time, did a great job installing boiler, new bathroom rad and were done by 4 pm.

A loop on my underfloor heating has stopped working. I suspect a jammed valve in the manifold as the pressure indicator shows about 1 bar pressure but the pipes are not warming. The manifold is made by Henco (I think) and is about 10 years old. Given this may take some time to resolve, I would be interested in hourly rate charged, estimated time to resolve and expertise in UFH If there are any other questions regarding the system, please let me know. I need someone to fit a boiler that i will buy. I know that the necessary 22 pipework is in place and that all the radiators, barr one, will also need thermostatic valves fitted. I will buy the boiler - I am thinking of something like the Worcester Bosch 24i junior (but would take advice and will buy from you or a colleague if you can offer the same price as I have found on-line) - and the valves, so it is just the work that I need someone to carry out. The price quoted on this job is for fitting only.

I have a six year old gas boiler, which is failing to consistently heat up water particularly in the shower. The water will be hot, but will have prolonged periods when it will turn cold, before turning back to hot. The boiler has not been serviced since it was installed, but there has been this same intermittent problem for a couple of years. I do not have information on the type of boiler and model, but can obtained this. I am looking for someone to review what the cause of the problem is and possible repair. I would prefer to be contacted by email and can call back using skype if you provide a number. I will have limited access today (13 March), but readily available for the next few days.

Updated : Work to be done on Monday 8th October if possible, ideally in the morning. Original : Worcester 24CDi boiler has lost all pressure. Other gas appliances are working and boiler was only serviced this year & was fine. The key is in the bottom still (I couldn't easily remove) it. I think that it is very much a quick job that may be as much showing me where I have been stupid!
