Biasi boiler keeps on continually firing up, a plumber has already looked at it but can't do any of the work for another 3 weeks. I'd like some one to come out and quote for the work and also service the boiler.
Richard was fantastic. Turned up on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do and charged a very competitive price. I will definitely call him next time I need something done. On another note, he found a bees nest under my gas meter in the shed. He could have said that he couldn't carry on until the nest had been taken away (as there were quite a few angry bees). Instead, he carried on, got the job done and didn't charge any extra for his trouble. I can't recommend him enough.

i require a new combi boiler to replace the old one
All I can say is that I was really in a fix as the boiler packed up over the Christmas period. Antonio of About Town provided a very competitive deal with a 7 year warranty on a Worcester Bosch. He arrived the day after Boxing Day and replaced the old boiler without any fuss or bother. My experience was that he is very knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and meticulous. Also he's approved by Worcester Bosch and will arrive on time rain, weather or shine.

Southern Gas have cut off our supply stating that the leak detected at the property could not be successfully traced to its source and therefore the old pipework should be permanently isolated and a new supply run to the boiler and gas cooker. Piping will be needed and it is possible that a couple of floorboards will need to be taken up to access the kitchen gas source. Southern Gas then need to do some other work at street level on the back of this before they fully restore service. Urgent - please get in touch asap.
Robert saved us from a dreadful situation where our gas supply was cut off by the gas board due to a suspected leak - over the Christmas period! He quoted very fairly indeed and got to work quickly. In order to make sure the job was done, he stayed in excess of three hours over the time he expected to take (our system is old and complex and the boiler virtually a relic) and did not charge a penny more, having quoted "for the job, not my time". We now have hot water and a warm house - priceless.

I need someone to commission a boiler that was fitted 3 years ago retrospectively. It has been serviced every year since but unfortunately at the time of installation I was naively caught out by a 'friend' of a friend and never got the commissioning cert.
Mike was extremely helpful, clear and precise about what he was doing and why. He turned up on time and got the job done quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Would definitely use Professional Plumbers Ltd again.

Really good experience with these guys. Gave great advice over the phone and turned up promptly to undertake the work. Very clean, no mess and considerately worked around our sleping baby. We actually extended their work to undertake a powerclean of the heating system too but that was our decision - there was no hard sell for additional work to be undertaken. When we had a slight problem (which was nothing serious) they returned immediately to set it all right. Very pleased - happily use again.

Updated : I need the Heating engineer - Under floor heating - water systems to repair and modify the work that is already done. Two bathrooms are tiled, the lounge and passage are wooden and 3 bedrooms are carpeted. Original : I have just installed underfloor heating and it is not working properly. Some parts of the house are warm not hot and some parts don't heat at all. The boiler room is very hot and has no vent and makes a lot of noise The plumber has left and is not answering calls or recorded delivery letters.

New Combi boiler may be needed to replace 12+ year old Vaillant. Preference would be another Vaillant (ecoTec exclusive combi 838) with digital timer. May also need additional expansion vessel to cope to two UFH systems. Hopefully can reuse existing Vaillant flue so I don’t have to remove wall / roof Thoughts on approximate cost would be appreciated before I drag people round to have a look.

I have a small flat with two radiators, which I think are oil filled, electric powered. They both have a switch and a thermostat - neither is working at the moment. I recently had a problem with the heated towel rail in the bathroom, and think that the two might be related - the electrician that sorted fixed the towel rail had to do a workaround fix as he couldn't find the original reason why power wasn't reaching the rail.
