One of my radiators only gets hot at the bottom. I have just tried to bleed it using a radiator key but the valve seems to have snapped off. The boiler pressure is also on zero so needs re-pressurising. I would like this issue sorted asap as the weather is only getting colder. I am hoping a whole new radiator won't be required as we have just redecorated.
He came, he fixed our heating system within the hour and we now have a lovely warm house. Brilliant!! Would definitely use his services again.

Heating is stuck on and activating boiler even when thermostat is set to 10 degrees (the house is much hotter) and the electronic unit shows that the cetral heating and hot water are both "off". The only way we have been able to turn the heating off is by switching off the electricity to the control centre.
Robert turned up at short notice and sorted out the problem with my heating. He is personable and helpful and I have absolutely no problem with the quality or prince of the work that he did. Unfortunately, however draining down the system caused a different problem (not his fault) and I am disappointed that some weeks later I am still waiting for a quote that I requested in relation to sorting out this minor problem.

Combi boiler turns on when hot water tap is turned on, but turns off again after a few seconds with reset light turning red. This needs fixing.

Ideal Classic boiler not working. Pilot light not on. Won't re-start. Not even trying to ignite.
I posted the job about my non-working boiler at about 8pm last night. By 9.15am this morning Greg had turned up (when he said he would), brought with him a number of spare parts (one of which was needed) and fixed it. All for what I consider to be a very reasonable price. He was courteous, efficient, cheerful and happy to explain what the problem was and how everythign worked. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Old boiler is tank-based and in an awkward position, and needs to be replaced as it has stopped working completely. Ideal would be to replace it with a combi boiler in a new position upstairs so we can gain cupboard space but the piping could be slightly tricky.
The boiler job was really well done and I felt that the price was very fair and that good advice was given (I ended up getting 6 quotes on the work so quite a lot to compare it to!). Adrian was able to start quickly, but did take a little longer than anticipated to carry out the work. Nevertheless, friendly, good service and he also offered advice on various other things that needed doing around the house! All in all, very pleased.

Paul and his colleague were extremely professional and had our boiler installed within 2 working days. Overall, very happy with the way that they do business. Only slight issue stopping me giving 5 stars is that I had to chase getting answers to queries, but I do understand with a smaller outfit, that its hard to do admin and the day job simultaneously.

Hello, I have a Riva Compact HE gas boiler (wall hung) and the front panel is loose at the bottom. The screws at the top of the panel are screwed in and the top edge of panel is secure but the sides and bottom edge are loose. I would like an engineer to check and either secure correctly or if necessary purchase a new front panel and attach. I imagine this could be a quick job so if there is a minimum time you charge then the boiler pressure could also be increased. Thanks, Mr Kunal

The pump on the heating system has failed and requires replacing.mwe currently have no heating and no hot water. We know that it is the pump because the RCD was tripping and the electrician we called to deal with the problem isolated it to the pump. We need someone to come as soon as possible to restore the heating. I can send photographs of the pump & pipe work if it assists

Must be highly skilled, reliable, couteous and able to cover South london and East london. Non VAT registered is an advantage although this is not a cash in hand job.
