The boiler keeps cutting out. The presure rises, makes a gurgling sound then the thermostatic switch flips and cuts the boiler off. I've been told it could be the pump or the pipes needs cleaning.
Turned up at the time he said he would. Got on with the job and seemed to fix the problem. My boiler hasn't cut-out once since.
He told me what the problem is but said it's not really essential right now and didn't try the hard sell to buy new parts and pay for him to fit them.
Overall I was very happy with the work he did and the price he charged. I'd definatley recomend RRJ Gas Services.

We have 2 storage radiators that have given up all signs of life recently and thus fore need repairing.
The units that we have are quite old (possibly about 20 years old) so hoping that you would have the parts to repair it, if not if you could let me know what the alternatives are that would be good
I am looking for someone to come in and provide me with a free quotation for the work. I don’t want to pay for someone to come in and then charge for there time, just a bottom line cost is all that I’m after.
As you can see from my signature below we are based in SE1 and the office itself is relatively small and the radiator is in commercial use. They are approx 80cm by 120cm by 15cm in terms of terms of dimensions. There is no logo on the radiator anywhere.
Very prompt service and was able to fix our radiators which other people advised that we would need replacing. Have no hesitation in reccomendin J.L Building and would definately go back to them again if we had any other similar issues

Existing system old. The boiler is old and need to have vent to outside. We are also looking to see if we can go for a comi boiler and get rid of the water tank
Chris did some extensive work for me including changing the old boiler in my flat and a number of other jobs relating to that. He is punctual, fair and very professional. He came and spend about an hour assessing the work, then promptly email me a detailed and clear quotation, which I accepted. Then we agreed on a start date. On the morning of the scheduled day he arrived on time and completed the job in 4 days he originally estimated. We asked him to do some additional work, which he did without fuss and his final bill was also reasonable and fair. Both he and his assistant were very polite and pleasant to deal with and they cleared and clean the areas they were working on every day before they left! All in all, Chris did an outstanding job and I will have no hesitation in going back to him for similar jobs or recommend him anybody.

Install Stoves gas cooker double oven, in place of existing Stoves single oven, retain hob for now
Really impressed, very thorough and painstaking, here 3.5 hours as tested gas pressures as well and advised on other gas appliance. A bit late arriving, but kept in touch. Would heartily recommend, and as he is versatile have in mind using George McDermoth again for shower installation.
