water is leakin under the boiler.
Knows what 's the job and fixed my leaking boiler in just few minutes and gives me a hint and knowledge how to maintain the boiler in good condition and recommended me to have power flushing every 5 years for descaling. I was there all the time they are fixing the boiler and there is no secret of what they are doing. Explaining to me what they are doing reducing the pressure gauge. I highly recommended them for fixing my boiler to other household with boiler like mine.

The Boiler is a fairly new Valliant 612 Eco Tech Plus.
My tenant is reporting loss of heating and hot water. It appears not to be a low water gauge/pressure problem.
A professional inspection is required to assess the problem.
RBP did a great job. Punctual and professional. I would use them again if needed or recommend them to a friend or family member for sure.

Boiler currently not working. Heating enginner has advised to get a replacement boiler rather than repair. Current we have a Halstead Best 80 boiler which is leaking and will not ignite.
Very good service, job was done quickly and to a very high standard. We would definately use John again.

I'm not sure
I have a Potterton Suprima 30. The boiler constantly has to be reset and believe the Printed Circuit Board requires replacing. Apparently this is systematic of Potterton boilers. If someone could replace the PCB so I don't have to get up at 5 in the morning that would be very much appreciated!
Turned up on time, fixed it with no problems at all and was well priced. I would highly recommend him.

I'm not sure
Ongoing issues with a Keston 36 Combi boiler due to poor installation. The water temperature is currently fluctuating wildy and causing the boiler to shut off. To cut a long story short, past experience suggests it is the heat exchanger that may need cleaning. Must be Corgi regstered please.
John was brilliant. He quoted a fair price, did the work within two days of first coming to see us and was punctual, tidy and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I have the following problem with my combined central heating/hot water system (gas boiler).
Even though the timer and boiler are on 'off', the pump is constantly pumping water around the system and because it's always on, it does get quite hot.
I suspect that one of the actuators (the one for the hot water part) of the system is broken and keeps sending a signal to the pump to stay switched on. I have purchased a replacement actuator (Danfoss Randall HPA2 Actuator), but I donâ??t know for certain whether this is the actual problem, and if it is, how to install it myself.
I would need for someone to look at the system and possibly install the actuator, if thatâ??s the cause of the problem.
Worked diligently until problem was fixed and explained what he was doing to me.
