"William turned up punctually firstly to come round so he could give us an accurate quote within the same day. Turned up a few days later as arranged with an apprentice at 8am and finished at 6pm almost without a break. Very skilled and thorough. Even had to lift floor boards and replace them! Polite and communicated well. Worth the money paid which was about 200 less than the other quotes."
