My mum needs a new combi boiler to replace the old combi (Potterton Combi 80) and one radiator. It is a 3 bed end of terrace house with 7 radiators. The radiator that needs replacing is a 140cm long double radiator. I think we could most probably get away with a single as there is also a gas fire in this room. To give you idea of the capacity needed of the combi - the other radiators in the house are 110 double, 60 double, 100 single, 120 single, 100 single , 60 double. Her house is in Tooting Bec - sw17 8sw.
James came and replaced my mum's boiler within 24 hours of giving the quote - he did a great job and even detected a gas leak that was in the garden that we did not know about through doing a thorough pressure test of the new system. The gas board came and dug up the garden to fix the leak for free. So a big thank you to James for sorting this all out.

Small 3 Bed house (110m2) needs heating system replaced. Remove existing boiler, immersion and feeder tank etc. Install combi boiler, controller and thermostats as required Drain and service existing radiators. Move/replace one radiator. Install thermostatic radiator valves.
We had an old boiler, flue and immersion heater removed and replaced with a combi boiler in the attic and new radiators fitted. The whole job went very well. We would happily recommend Lambert Heating.

I have a Baxi combi boiler 105 HE. Tonight it stopped producing hot water, and little or no heat from the radiators. I have tried stop/start and resetting but to no avail.
Pat really was brilliant in my time of need. My boiler broke down on a Sunday at 11pm, by 11.30pm Pat had phoned me back and arranged to pay a house visit the next day at 7.30am, he came on time and fixed the boiler in order for me to have hot water. He was upfront and straight right from the start, giving me various options depending on my budget. Eventually I went with a new boiler that meet all the proper regulations and I am very happy with the result. My current boiler is on the way out (Sime Super 90), PRV is constantly dripping, hot water intermittent, so I'm looking to get a quote for a new combi boiler to get fitted in the next few weeks. My house is a 2 bedroom terraced house with 7 radiators (4 big, 3 small). No need to move the boiler (currently situated in kitchen on the wall), flue hole directly to the right of the boiler straight through to an external wall, new size gas pipes are already present. I've had a quote from npower for a Vaillant ecoTEC pro 28 with wireless control unit/thermostat and a power flush but it seems very high. Thanks, Tom.
Really happy with Len's work - quote was much cheaper than British Gas/NPower, and was really clear and honest in his advice. Carried out the work when promised and to a good standard. Would reccommend to anyone looking for plumbing/boiler work.
