Lee rang me the night before and asked me some questions, he said he will come in the morning between 9 and 9-30, he came at 9-15. He was here for two hours and did an excellent job.

my gas back boiler's pilot light has gone out. It's behing the gas fire so you'll need to take the fire out.
He was very prompt but a bit expensive just to switch on my pilot light but he has agreed to come back and service my back bolier so hopefully that will go Ok. I will add more feedback once this job has been completed.

Old Worcester boiler, works fine on the central heating but doesn't heat the tap water. Same thing happened at my last house, some sort of part that can divert the heating capacity to the water was stuck on the heating. Symptoms are the same, but can someone GasSafe come have a look and repair/replace the part?
Turned out to be a tricky job and he had to come out 3 times, but he came as soon as I called each time, and the price he quoted was the price I paid, despite it being 3 times as much work as he'd counted on. He'll be the first person I call next time I have a problem with a boiler.

Very reliable. Did such a great job fixing my fire, he identified the problem pretty much straight away. I called him back a week later to install my new hob and oven. again he did a great job on that. Highly reccommended.
