"He asked for a large sum of money up front. We gave him £2000 for parts. He began the work four weeks ago and we have not seen him since despite many attempts to contact him. He has not responded to any calls, emails or texts. Neither has he responded to our request for him to finish the work/ refund the money. We have been left with no ceiling in our kitchen and we have all our food and utensils packed in boxes awaiting the completion of the work. Basically he taken our money and disappeared. We would strongly advise NOT to use this trades person. "
