"I cannot fault him; he arrived urgently and on time; diagnosed the problem rapidly with adequate explaination. Arrived on time the next day and fixed it; left an open door-asked me to call him in a few days to see how the boiler was doing. Possibly not the cheapest, but after a dreadful experience with Britch Gas and a criminal tradesperson, I did not care. I had had weeks of no heating and cold water and Andy rescued me from this. Also Female safe; I did not feel threatened by his presence in my home despite a previous adverse experience. NB He also has Corgi Reg ID. 10/10 Carol, Manchester."
