"Excellent, would recommend to any of my family and friends. Professional, punctual, friendly. Came out to diagnose the problem exactly when he said he would do and then came back a couple of days later early on Saturday morning to fix it. In both cases he came outside my working hours so that I didn't have to take time off work. Also there were two options: one costing £100 and the other costing £200 but he recommended the cheaper option. He also explained the problem well and then explained how he was fixing it.
