When Leonard came to do the job he got started immediately but informed me that he hadn't got the radiators yet as he wanted to make sure that he got as close a match as possible. This proved very fortunate as it turned out there was a blockage which Leonard managed to flush out thus saving me a great deal of money! He also cleaned up after himself - which is something of a novelty in my experience of using tradesmen! I would have no hesitation in using Plum31ing 31 again or recommending them to anyone else."
