I have a buy to let property which has an old Vaillant Gas Boiler and the only number she can see on it is VCW GB 221 240 280 H. The problem with it is the pilot light keeps going out and is very hard to get lit again. She has been told that the Boiler is obsolete but I know you can get parts on the Internet. I need someone to go and check it out, to see if it can be fixed or if not, a realistic low cost replacement boiler. Also, I think we also may need to replace the gas fire, again at the lowest price.

Supply and fit new combi boiler in place of existing Vokera combi, approx 14years old.(Still working). Preferred Worcester Bosch / Valliant for replacement boiler (28kW). Powerflush the system and fit magnaclean filter. Fit electronic room thermostat (none currently fitted)
Matt from Aspire did an excellent job with the boiler replacement. His quote was extremely reasonable, and his knowledge was outstanding, particularly as part of the fit was slightly unusual. I would have absolutely no hesitation in contacting Aspire in the future for any plumbing / gas jobs!! Many thanks!! Dave

I have a old council wall mounted gas fire and would like this replacing with a new gas wall mounted plasma type fire which I have already purchased. The new fire is flueless and I was told by a friend this will need bricking up too .

G D property were very prompt, they checked and re-adjusted all valves that required adjusting. They said to check over the next couple of day's, and if needed to contact them again. Would recommend them to other people.

What a Team! These guys came on time to quote and were very thorough. Their quote was VERY competitive. I immediately liked their candour and 'no-nonsense' approach. They booked to come 3 days later and arrived - on time with all the kit. They took 2 days to complete a messy job - but they left the place immaculate! They even bring 'Henry' their own hoover!!! It is refreshing to see genuine tradesmen who are professional, thoughtful, tidy, quick and value-for-money in this day and age. Thanks again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Think its to do with boiler. Hot water downstairs seems okish but in bathroom runs tepid n we get hardly any hot water. Gas combi boiler installed nearly four years ago,no cylinder tank,had it taken out when i moved in.
